Dispute Resolution Policy

All students are encouraged to discuss any problems they have directly
with the school director or her assistants. If students have a serious
complaint, they may request a Complaint Form. All Complaint Forms are
forwarded directly to the school director, who will do whatever is possible
to resolve the problem.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS AND SATISFACTORY PROGRESS POLICY
Students with poor attendance usually have poor grades. Consequently,
we encourage students to attend classes every day. Students are tested
at least once every 4 weeks and grades are monitored by the staff. If
a student is absent for a test, (s)he will receive "0" grade
for that test. To maintain satisfactory progress, a student must complete
one level every month, with at least a 70% Grade Point Average (GPA).
