All international arrivals are into the International Terminal.
1. Follow the "Canada" Arrivals signs to the Arrivals Hall. 2. Proceed through the Canada Customs and Immigration Preliminary Inspection Line. Make sure you have appropriate documentation readily available for inspection (such as passport and visa), and a completed Canada Customs Declaration Form. 3. Check the Baggage Information Display Board to locate the appropriate carousel and retrieve your baggage. Free baggage carts are available or porters are on hand to assist you. 4. Proceed to the secondary inspection line where you will hand in your Canada Customs Declaration Form. 5. Beyond Canada Customs is the International Reception Lobby where you can access the following services:
cruise ship information counters foreign exchange and banking services Air Canada and Canadian Airlines domestic check-in counters ground transportation services Tourism InfoCentre.
Proceed through the automatic opening glass doors to the Public Meet and Greet area.
When you walk through the doors, please walk slowly and look for someone from Vancouver English Centre.
A Vancouver English Centre representative will be waiting on the other side of the doors. Please look carefully for someone holding a Vancouver English Centre sign. If you do not see the representative, please wait. We must sometimes leave for 3 or 4 minutes to help other students.
